I arrived at midnight and receptionist was friendly and helful. Bed comfortable, room clean and remarkably for Europe had tea making facilities. Free internet and very good breakfast. I will stay again because it was not expensive.
Despite my 'special request' the room had only a shower. Hardly a showstopper.

Spotless room with double bed as advertised. Varied and large breakfast with plenty of meals.

The room was spacious and comfortable, yet it lacked
A bit in terms of restful sleep due to the bed height. The decor captures the local mining heritage, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfast options were good and personalized.

Think that this quiet and brilliant hotel is beyond compare, liked it. I would say it's unique base for staying and exploring Geleen. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is decent.

Located near highway exit. Free private parking. 24 hours Front Desk. Smoking rooms available. Amex accepted.
Hard to give three stars to this hotel, more like a motel. Carpet on the floor was not very clean (we moved the beds together (got two separated beds). The room is basic and was very cold at arrival on evening (although booked a week before), it took 3 hours to warm it. Therefore the shower was not a pleasant time. Foul-smelling and thin towels with small shower gel in sachet. No hair dryer available in the room. As we were visiting the area to go out and due to the daylight saving time we asked to leave the room one hour later on Sunday but it was refused. Not very flexible.

Clientel. A vast number of all-male Contractors were resident at the hotel. They seemed to think it was their 'clubhouse' and made it uncomfortable for my wife and daughter when we returned each evening and wanted to sit out on the patio for an evening drink.

Stayed here because the hotels in Maastricht were full and we booked too late. It was convienient and close to the highway. Trip to Maastricht the following day was made within 20 minutes. Price/Quality was good.
